I have dedicated my career to creating a better future through community-based solutions, advocacy, and connected technology. With subject matter expertise in transportation, parking, and mobility, placemaking, culture/arts and economic and community development and a record of growth and improvement of infrastructure assets, I am proud of what my team and I have accomplished and our contributions to the development and success.

As a visionary and change and thought leader, I have brought together the best ideas and people from the public and private sectors to innovate and transform our communities. Through collaboration and shared vision, we have reimagined transportation, parking, mobility, and all supporting components.

Kathryn is driven to create a better future through community-based solutions, advocacy, and connected technology. She is a strategic visionary, change agent, catalyst, innovator, connector and a thought leader whose strength lies in developing partnerships connecting public, private and nonprofit sectors  creating quality of life and sustainable communities. She is a fierce advocate of women’s issues throughout the globe. Kathryn has an undergraduate degree in Integrated Environmental Biology, a Master’s in Public Finance and a Doctorate in Business Administration.

She has been instrumental in the resurgence of several communities by enhancing economic and community development through public engagement platforms. Pivotal changes have been made possible by her reimagining communities. Accomplished and successful breakthroughs in the integrating of green technologies, art, and cultural assets. Beyond her experience in managing the business of government, enlisting resources, developing talent, and partnering with key stakeholders Kathryn creates realistic solutions for the benefits of both business and community needs to maintain a balance between political realities and policy direction.
